Skipper the Scurvy is a human who caught Slippery on a boat with a wolf like figurehead. He went with the Circus Bros. to Antarctica to head for Slippery's Family. He wears an eye patch and has a peg leg.
The Adventures of Blinky Bill[]
Pre-series[]
He at one point caught Slippery and gave him to Basil Circus and Cyril Circus.
'Antarctic Adventure'[]
He only appears in this episode. The circus bros once again join forces with him in order to recapture their escaped animals (and to catch Blinky Bill). Whether or not he noticed Slippery falling onto his boat or the flying caravan is a mystery. He was planning to catch seals again, though when he tried to leave the cockpit Blinky slammed the door on him and he passed out for a while. When he came to he abandoned his mission and the circus bros (who were trapped under his net on an iceberg, but was kind enough to give them an inflatable raft) and leaves Antarctica, where he's never seen again.
Personality[]
Skipper is seen as a cruel fellow. He views seals as pests as they eat the fish he hunts. He is clearly selfish too as he intentionally abandoned Basil and Cyril in the Antarctic without considering that they could die.
