Phoebe LaFoo

Phoebe LaFoo is a human woman who made Blinky a model. It got Blinky brainwashed about his feelings of the bush. Blinky then rescued Nutsy and Flap from the bros. and regained his memory. She is equally as selfish as Basil. She was voiced by Sarah Aubrey.

Personality

Phoebe is portrayed as an average celebrity stereotype: caring more about fame and fortune than the lives of others. Nutsy even compared her to Basil and is correct about it.
