Hotel's director is the director of the hotel Tropical vase. He has rules in the hotel; No smoking and no pets in the hotel. He does not like it when animals are walking in his hotel. And when he finds that in his hotel are Koalas, a Kangaroo, a Platypus, a Marsupial Mouse, a Dingo and two Budgies it doesn't, Ms. Glennys Pym, Cedric, Nutsy, Arthur, make him happy.

He is typically seen as strict. While he doesn't like having animals in his hotel he clearly doesn't hate animals completely, as even though he finally had the Blinky Bill Gang captured he chose not to punish them at all and rather had them given some food and released.
