Plot[]
Blinky and his friends try to help a depressed Mr. Gloop by getting Mayor Pelican to rebuild his café, but the Dingoes try to hijack the plan in order to make the café their own. With Wombo's help, Blinky stops the dingoes and keeps the café opened for all.
